Once I accepted the inconsistencies of the various accents, as the plot unfolded, I followed the journey of Theo savouring his self-absorbed but wounded soul to realize at the end that Alicia, like many physiologically damaged people will never recover from their own trauma because their therapists are just as damaged! Good read!

I decided to listen to the audio version of this book and so far it has a solid plot but the narrator’s accents are confusing (British accent for a Turkish woman) and inconsistent when multiple characters are speaking..

Finally a good read …
