And MC goes along with the shop lifting because...??? Because Nate asked him to? Really?

"You guys brothers?" Colin asked.
Before I could open my mouth to answer, Nate replied. "No, just friends."

Oomph. Straight to the gut.

Nate assured me it was a trout and big enough to feed us all, so everyone else could throw back what they caught for the rest of the afternoon.

I don't remember how many they were, but at least 4. To feed 4+ adults, that single trout had better be as big as a small shark.

Feelings of deep hurt took over as I realized what had happened-the kiss I had been dreaming about for nearly my entire life-had meant next to nothing. It had been a convenient way to let Chuck, and everyone else on our tour, know I was gay. Well thank you very fucking much, Mister Wonderful.

As far as first kisses go, not smooth.

#5: Watch a Meteor Shower
Seemed to be cheating a bit, since we were sleeping under the stars anyway, but I decided to go with it.
