Library loan ran out. I was actually interested in one of the new plot lines but the second the word “barking” entered the chat I had all sorts of PTSD to ACOTAR. (That word is used 300 times per book. Noun, verb, adjective, adverb, it doesn’t matter to SJM. It barked. Creative writing rules be damned) We’ll see if I pick it up again🤷🏼♀️
