I've wondered about these books! The series is fantastic, although I'm way behind on it.

I just finished the series, so I wanted to try the books. So far, almost everything in the book was in the show, although I’ve heard they moved some characters around and pulled in some events from future books. They’re really good. The narrator is a little slow, but he sounds great at 1.1-1.15x speed. :)
