I’m new to Westerns and the last one I read was about a gunfighter. This one is starting off more subtle, but emotionally pretty deep. I love the descriptions of the scenery so far and how vulnerable the main character is written. 88 pages in and this is absorbing me, and not all that much has happened yet.
