Ben I’ll be done in the next couple of days. It’s a little bit scattered but pretty interesting—they buried it til chapter 8 that all the corporate law in Delaware (and by proxy the country) is basically written in secret sessions by a set of unelected lawyers. Some good stuff and history in here
