Ugh. Not sure if it's my summertime SAD talking or not, but I just don't wanna deal with Enjolras and all his Revolutionary Bois. They're doomed and I know it, and I can't bring myself to emotionally connect with them, so now I'm just slogging through their scenes :-(

So, put it aside for now. It took me 30 years to go back to ‘Robinson Crusoe’, four tries and three movies to get through ‘A Tale of Two Cities’. And I LOVE classics…

And I LOVE classics…"I'm reading it with a group of friends on Bookstagram, and our discussions have been great, so I will persevere. Also, I've read it before, so I know I can make it through. But sometimes I do set aside books for when I'm in the right mood or mindframe for them.
