First time in a while that I've been sucked into a book like this.

As much as I hated Taken, I thought I'd give one of Abel's "adult"-geared novels a shot. (It was another freebie.)

All I can really say so far is: I'm not into pop culture, and this reads like someone's a little too into Twilight for my tastes.
