I find the book interesting since I am an introvert. I am reading this for ideas how to be more effective at work. But so far the only idea that comes to mind is to suggest that my manager might want to read this book. It reminds me of the old saying "god gave us two ears and only one mouth, to remind us to listen twice as much as we talk." That idea does not seem to valued today.
