Ugh I’m not enjoying the dynamics between Belly and the guys at all. Also hating the way Belly, with her oversized t-shirts and ugly one-piece bathing suit, is juxtaposed against the girls who wear sundresses, tiny bikinis etc. (like Taylor). And of course this makes Belly “deep” and Taylor shallow and mean-ish. I see that this was written in 2009 which explains it a little but it’s very annoying to read.
