This book was not very interesting. The plot, details, and character development were sorely lacking. Also felt a little out of order at times and some things mentioned but never touched upon again. Maybe once this author gets more work under her felt she will do better but as of now I will

Eli and Grace finally kiss and the two of them plus his sister closed the portal between the two sides so everyone is equal. There was a brief mention of how Grace is very powerful yet that was not touched on again which seems like a wasted aspect or should have been brought up sooner. The epilogue was weird… Samuel is alive in the portal along with Graces mother. The two are trying to escape and Graces mother

So now Grace has powers? No idea how she got them or why she has them but she can slow time down. God died by Samuels hand.
Here’s the thing this book is a 1.5/10 if the author was more established the story would be great but the grammar is so horrible that I just can’t wait to be done reading this book. On the other hand this was her first work but it didn’t even seem like she proof read before publishing

I trust me dad I don’t trust my dad. There is so much back and forth without any sort of reason or support. This book is really not great the grammar is horrible, wrong words are used and the communication between characters is not good. I understand this is the first book this author wrote but come on there needs to be better everything
