"Discipline is contagious". I have found this to be true. The more disciplined I am, the more ownership I take, the more I lead by example, people around me tend to "magically" better themselves. A while ago I decided to quit judgment and gossip, and although it's not always easy and often I fail, I find that people around me change as a result. Is it phsycological? Is it mystical? Who knows! The fact is, it works.
