I wish we got more resolved with their relationship, ugh.

No way I just said it’s good Declan saw Seamus alive just for him to be called into the office for Seamus being hospitalized. Hopefully he gets better and can turn his life around

I thought Seamus was going to die. But he’s got pneumonia, which sucks when he’s in the run from the police. But at least he didn’t die before Declan could see him one last time.

I’m so happy Declan has school staff looking out for him. Mr Peters is a great principal who actually cares. Declan’s family is not a safe space right now so he needs all the caring adults he can get.

Obviously Seamus took your wallet, I figured that out 3 chapters ago. It’s crazy your mom knows what Seamus is capable of and still seems to want Declan to take the fall.

It makes sense why Declan kept making bite of the LGBT posters in the guidance counsellor’s office. His dad having an affair with a man really got to him. He doesn’t even talk to him anymore, I thought the dad was abusive. I think this also explains his brother spiralling. It’s a big thing to learn about your dad and then to have your family broken up because of it too.

I’m glad Declan hit Seamus. He lunged at their four year old niece, he’s off the rails and something had to be done
