65% of the way finished this book as still barely a longing glance shared between the two MCs. I can appreciate a slow burn, but this is getting a tad ridiculous.

I'm enjoying the story so far, and all of the characters in the Sullivan dynasty (very Barrymores meets Gettys), but I will just never LOVE a romance novel in which the main characters take FOREVER to interact on page. I'm nearly halfway into the novel and the characters have spent like 15 pages together - a few with Cate as a 10 yr old, a few with her at 17. Like... Let's get ON with it, people!
