Perfect example. Top of the page, "I really didn't want rose's last memories to be of being locked away like a prisoner" then a new paragraph, then in the next paragraph "lily has begun pouring the cereal into bowls" Come on, author - why is he referring to the girl by two different names on the same page?!

Hmm, suddenly Cole has gone from calling/referring to her as Rose to now referring to her as lily. There seems a few confused moments. The last was the fight scene when I genuinely had no idea which one he'd attacked
