Man. I forgot how HARD reading this can be at times. It's not a bad book, just very hard to focus on anyone. It's Abercrombie's style. I may have to take a break once finishing it.

That part of mind mind that classifies people based on D&D class has determined Logen is a Ranger. He communes with spirits, can carry a camp fire around in his mouth and spit it the face of a foe. Bad...ass. (I forgot how awesome that scene was.)

I'm beginning to really like Glokta. He's kinda my hero for this book so far. I know what it's like to deal with chronic pain (not THIS level mind you) and his determination and wit is refreshing...for a torturer.
