I finally heard back from tech support on my disappearing reviews glitch on GR:

"... certain emojis are not able to appear on these pages and thus cause the entire review to not show up. For now, we can recommend to edit your reviews to not include emojis until we are able to completely resolve this issue."

So if you also use emojis in your reviews, double-check they're showing, just in case.
