Much better than the second book although I'm still not sure where it's headed. That isn't unusual for a Vachss's book. Oftentimes you don't see what it's truly about until you reach the end, but every part of it teaches a lesson.

The third book of Vachss' Aftershock series. Off to a much better start than the second. This rebelling of Dell's history is offering a different view whereas the opening to book two felt like a rehashing of book one.
