That escalated quickly. This has gone from being a ball of confusion to a story that is answering my, "What's the point?"

Made myself listen to more of this while cleaning. I'm getting more engaged now, but I'm still kinda like: "Okay, where are we going with this story?"

Can't get into this like I want. Will put it on hiatus and come back to it.

This one is still a little slow starting. It's not bad, but it's slow. Also, I have no problem starting in the middle of things, but right now, I'm feeling a little bit like, "Can we back up a little bit?"

I was just gifted the first two book in this series by a friend, but I'm not gonna lie, I'm not sure what the hell is going on right this second. It's interesting as you can already see court politics at work, but I'm not entirely sure where we're going with all this yet.
