i don't know if i'm cut out for literary fiction. i'm finding this kind of boring so far. the first half was okay, but the main character seems so insufferable and then Plath wants me to feel sympathy because the MC is depressed, but i hated her so much at the beginning that i just don't have sympathy? i don't know. i guess i'll see how it ends tomorrow and if it gets any better for me.
