Writing style is SO… 💖✨HEART SPARLES✨💖 I’ve never read some of the analogies that the author uses and how she describes the characters is *chef’s kiss* so real & unfiltered & how you would actually think about someone in your head.

Legally, I can only give this book a 3.5… WHY IS IT NOT CLEAN?!? 😢 it is SUCH a good story, but it’s muddied by all the parts I have to skip.
I love the story timeline, though, how it alternates from the span of six summers in the past to one weekend in the present. It’s brilliant! 🤯✨ I would not even begin to think about that sort of timeline when writing a book… SO GOOD!
4.5 stars in my heart.
