So far, this book really delivers. Every chapter included real practical advice. I'm learning so much. And I'm listening to it from the library (hoopla for my local folks) and I just ordered a hard copy because I know I need to physically underline and digest this book mote than my auditory capabilities allow.

Highly recommend, already. Actually, I felt that was like 3 chapters in.
