This book is gross. Openly hostile to half the country and intentionally written as a conservative wet dream. It rails against east coast liberals (killing them gleefully), Muslim people (painting them as facially peaceful but secretly terroristic), and all of government. Everyone affiliated with this should be ashamed for not being able to put an ounce of real world nuance into the book.
