1) Wax's entry in chapter 23 is simply whistle-worthy. I could imagine watching it in a movie 😍
2) So far, we only got minor bits and pieces of Cosmere in the books, but this just opens the box all of a sudden; For someone who has only read Mistborn, but not the other Cosmere books, this is a lot of spoilery content.
3) Wayne is the much needed relief. I missed Wax and Wayne interactions early in this book.

Sanderson gives plenty of feels just with this prologue. I kinda knew how it is gonna end, but it still hit me when that happened.
