I'm a writer too. My genre is intrusive fantasy (a la Charles Williams) but mainly for kids. I did write one for adults, but readers didn't like it as much, perhaps because I wrote it as a result of a challenge to write a Williams-type novel on NaNoWriMo, which encourages people to write fast but badly, so I don't recommend it.
