John wrestles with his feelings regarding his family dynamic. In this part of story, he is mostly angry that his family does not celebrate, let alone acknowledges, his birthday. His rage comes out when he sits at the table with his mothers & siblings for breakfast, projecting it mostly at his brother who is also frustrated, however of other matters.
