Challenges facing nearly every health minister of increasing spending demands and expectations and progress of science. Anyone who’s worked within the NHS for a number of years will recall many changes and challenges described. Fundholding for GP s for many of us in primary care .

If you work, have worked, or use the NHS then you may find this book of great interest. I do. Having spent many years workiing in the NHS my life probably like others follows a time line of much in this book. The Thatcher years, GP fundolding, the Blair Brown years- described as control freak time, the Early Conservative time from 2010- what on earth where they thinking wuth the chaotic English NHS re-disorganisation
