god how am I only halfway through? this book is dragggginggg. I'm pretty fed up with Panchaali, like the author made her incredibly unsympathetic which is wild to me? Like she's just obsessed with Karna and makes all these decisions just to get him to notice her even though she has done nothing but slight him and he is the sworn enemy of her husbands.
