I think I finally understand my obsession with this book. It’s not a book I can binge from start to finish, it will drive me insane. Maybe I don’t quite get the whole BDSM stuff, but this is the first book that made me feel so aggravated with the main characters. But reading one chapter a day or so makes it easier for me to digest their idiocy. I’m not kidding, they purposely do things to piss each other off.

OK, I finally got through the part that kept giving me the ick. Damn, it was worth it. I’m glad I stuck with it, even if it meant reading only one chapter between hours. I’m used to binge reading, but this book is too intense I can’t do it. Unfortunately, I have a soft spot for Ekko, I know he’s a complete ass who deserves hell, but I want him to not be. But he is and he deserves to go to hell. Poor Roman.

I’m still having issues with this book. It’s definitely messing with my mind. It’s living rent free in my head while I am disliking everything about it but still slowly reading it.

Every chapter is a chore for me to read - I just don’t like Sage. She comes off as so incredibly selfish.

I’m really having a problem with Sage. I mean if she is a sex addict she should seek help, otherwise she just needs to grow up and take control of her body. And she is a truly awful friend! This might end up being a DNF. :(
