This mornings hint: Break goals into much smaller sections. ie. walk around the house or walk 10 minutes daily versus the vague 'get in shape'.
Also visioning completing the quest can be the enemy of actually risking and doing it for real. Visions are too ideal and may make you feel too satisfied with yourself and discourage actually completing it.
