Every time I think it couldn't get more annoying. Decker has been undercover for years trying to take the Torians down for trafficking. Now all the feds are at a funeral about to arrest somebody and he acting confused. And Kira's like "Do something!" What the fuck he gonna do? I'm scared to find out how she is gonna write them out of this big bust that's been in the works the whole time Decker has been in the crew.

I haven't read a book this annoying in a while. Why the fuck would Decker be working as a federal informant to avenge his sister, then when he blows his own fucking cover because he's a goddamn idiot, he would rather risk a bullet than tell Cole about her when he's given the chance to explain. I don't see how the same author wrote the first book in this series. These characters are insufferable.

I figured it out. Decker sounds like a man written by a woman. He’s not being strategic. He’s not using logic and taking his emotions out so he can think clearly about how to resolve a problem. He’s being emotional. That’s why he’s making me so mad. This character has a backstory, he has a goal. But he doesn’t feel like a real person like Hunter does. I don’t like it.

Let’s not forget Decker is NOT a gangster, he’s posing as one while he’s serving as an FBI informant. So when he’s trying all this gangster shit it’s making me even more annoyed 🤦🏽♀️ He can fight. He’s not afraid to use his gun…I guess. But this tough guy shit ain’t curling all the way over for me.

I hate this book. Decker is annoying. How the fuck he go through all that bullshit to keep Kira from calling her brother, not wanting her to turn on him, even when she kept trying to tell her she trusted her brother, now he’s face to face with her brother and is doing all this dancing around to keep secrets for her…even though she wanted to tell her brother. This shit is making me mad.

true because of what her uncle did to her when she was younger. And she was certain her brother didn't know, but Decker was not only convinced that she didn't know what she was talking about, but that her brother would kill her if he found out she was the one to set up the murder of their pedo uncle. He's jumping out about to expose himself and getting Hunter and Sarah caught in the middle. It's aggravaing me.

idk how far in this book I am. But this is a good guess. I don't like when a woman who is supposed to be this strong female lead makes stupid ass decisions as a means to display that she does what she wants. Kira is annoying me. But Decker is too. He is fucking shit up by not trusting Kira to know her own siblings better than he does. Yeah, she didn't know what her father and uncle were doing, but she knew it was
