We could all stay at Innishannon—that’s Roland’s mansion on the Connecticut shore. It’s really… atmospheric. Kind of run-down, maybe, but still amazing.”

Under her breath, Cordelia whispered, “I dreamt I went to Manderley again last night.”

Jane: I'm an old, plain woman who is undeserving of love
Also Jane: gosh, everyone is hitting on me all the time, even when they're clearly just being friendly.

The streaming stuff is pretty cool (and will obviously become plot relevant since there's a fifteen minute delay between images) but having Julia even tangentially back is better.

1989-2000 feels like a lot longer than 11 years. Considering the protagonist hasn't aged (still 40'sish), it's a little strange to watch her navigate the world of known celebrities and new technologies.

Endearing so far. No Amy. No Julia.
