"There were several stone statues of kings and queens who had before their deaths ruled in the kingdom." - I can see this one being a strong contender for 372 Pages' Dumb Sentence of the Week.

I thought this would be intolerable, but it's surprisingly fun and has even gotten a laugh or two out of me. Admittedly in places where it's obvious that wasn't the intention.

"Never believe anything she says and never trust her. She is a liar. She will lie to you and try to twist your thoughts. Do not trust her. Believe what I say. She cannot be trusted. Stay far away from her."

It's subtle, but I'm getting the impression this person can't be trusted.
