I guess that's another problem I have with anthologies. There is a lot of telling rather than showing. Lots of "MC explains everything about her in one or two pages because this is a short story dangit!"

Given the subject matter, I should absolutely be loving this. But it's just not grabbing me. :( The stories are wrapped up too quickly, with barely enough time to really love the characters.
