This is the STUPIDEST ROMANCE SUBPLOT I have EVER read, there isn't the slightest pretense of him liking her for any reason except he thinks she's beautiful, and then he just STALKS HER ACROSS A BUNCH OF WORLDS and this book is SUPPOSED TO BE ABOUT THE CONTEST and I'm more than halfway through and I don't even know what that IS yet!
