Book 3 of the Horatio Lyle series is a great fun read. The dangerous Tseiqin from the last two books now need Horatio's help in foiling a sinister plot involving a huge killing machine that is capable of wiping out all of these alien creatures. Horatio is told to do nothing by the villain Havelock, or his young assistants, Tess and Thomas will be killed. Exciting stuff from page 1! I love it.
