Silly publicist. Just because you didn't fall head over heels in love with the book doesn't mean other people won't.

Or that the author wouldn't benefit from a guest post in front of my 1100+ followers. Plus 3 stars still means I liked the book, I just didn't fall in love with it. Doesn't make much sense to me.
I hate when people think 3 stars merits defense. 3 stars to me means "average" which isn't bad.

I like seeing a variety of star ratings on a book. I get suspicious if a book has all high ratings. Not everyone is going to love the book and I like seeing the different opinions.
