What in the actual fuck. It's 5:46am. I stayed up reading all of book 1. That naturally ends off in a cliffhanger so I take a peek into book 2. It doesn't even pick up where it leaves off. I'm so fucking confused? How do you go from getting your witch powers and on the verge of death, to in a new country, already secretly practicing your powers and then killing someone with it? Doesn't make sense.
