Umm what!! I did not expect to find J M Barrie in the chapter about stress-induced dwarfism. The story of his childhood sheds a lot of light on his literary career... and makes me feel QUITE creeped out by Peter Pan. Maybe all those theories about him being a ghost aren't totally unreasonable...
