This book is old - when it says to get online, it also said "if you have Internet access." And it refers to using Palm Pilots to stay organized. Would love to see an updated version with how today's technology can be useful. Fairly certain I read this when I was first diagnosed - but people with ADHD can never have too many tips because we get bored easily - especially with things like household chores.
