Somehow missed out on this previously, notwithstanding it was published originally in 1992. Some elements were initially annoying, like how this fantasy mercenary company all have US Army rank titles. But once past that I have been intrigued by what is a very unusual approach. This is not hobbit and elf happy shire fantasy. No, this is quite surreal a reality.
