Forgot to mention - the delightful scene when the police interview the three servants - Reina ("Debby"), Alice and Tilly. All three calmly offer damning (and rather embarrassing) information regarding their employer's guests. I love Tilly's reaction to the testimony of Reina and Alice:

"But Tilly didn't look interested. Perhaps her capacity for interest in such matters had been exhausted in European hotels."

Interesting, suspenseful Henry Gamadge mystery in which Henry witnesses the murder from very close quarters.
