I now remember why I found it discouraging to continue reading this book when I’ve read it the first time and it’s not because of its writing style or how difficult it is to read it.

It’s because of Chapters 15-17 — read them and weep.

They didn’t call him “Pilosopo Tasyo” for nothing.

Rereading this book because I want to read Leon Ma. Guerrero’s translation.
