Halfway through ch 15... Just when I thought this book couldn't get any odd-er this chapter goes nuts with all its acid-trip-like comedy. Very strange chapter!

In one chapter Joyce goes from this eloquent sentence: "...one must have a cold constitution and a frigid genius not to be rejoined by this freshest news of her confinement since she had been in such pain through no fault of hers." ...to this complete nonsense: "Kind Kristyann will yu help, yung man hoose friend tuk bungalo kee to find flais whear to lay crown off his hed 2 night."
