I’m really loving the pacing of this. It’s not a “slow boil” at all. The temperature is rising at the perfect rate as we get to spend time with these characters. I’m emotionally invested in just about all of them. Great set-up.

Couldn’t bring myself to care enough about Fairytale to pick up where I left off, so giving this one its fair shake instead.
