Never before have I felt so seen. I had been putting off reading this because I knew I could only experience reading it for the first time once, but I’m so glad I waited until now — years of mistakes, reflections, learning experiences, and beginning therapy — when I can see and acknowledge that I am someone who experiences the world through the eyes of depression.
