"Back" in the brig? You never put him there in the first place, like I suggested. On top of that, he's a stowaway on a warship in the middle of a state of war. You'd be entirely within your rights and duties to blow him out an airlock

Per his contract, that is valid for any space navy warships. Unfortunately for him, the Hamilton does not fit that criteria. It is now a private warship. A privateer, if you'd like, that works with the US Navy and thus, immune to your contract
