I'm sorry but this fmc is the DEFINITION of cringe to me. Talking about the all the sci fi romance and sexy aliens you read about while being kidnapped isn't meta to me at alllll. I haaaattteeee it. Loathe with every fiber of my beinggg. I can't even express why I hate it. It should be like a funny joke, a nod to the reader, but I can't stomach it at all. It feels Lowest Denominator to me. Sorry 🤷‍♀️
