It’s extremely fascinating, how much the author is able to communicate with her dog. Especially outside of the buttons.

I have a very hard time communicating non-verbally with my dogs. There are a lot of times that I catch myself saying the same thing over and over and over to them.

I think I am letting my brain take over instead of my heart. Today, I will work on communicating with them through my heart.
