This was recommended in a talk about (clinical) social anxiety, which I have. I'm waiting for the advice on when your anxiety is NOT illogical. I AM bad at small talk. My innate socializing style IS different from most people. People DO notice, unless I'm masking real hard, and masking is exhausting. Well, otherwise it's good so far.
